The consistency discount on electricity concerns net consumption and not the amount that results after adding taxes, fees etc. It is neither specific nor fixed, because each company sets a different percentage.

● New connection or reconnection: power will be connected within 3-5 working days from the submission of the supporting documents.

● Switch for large business supplies: an inspection of the meter by a HEDNO (DEDDIE) employee will take place first. If it concerns a new connection or reconnection, power is expected within 3-5 working days from the submission of the supporting documents.
